What Do You Learn?
This workshop lasts 2 hours and will provide you with the comprehensive skills to complete all steps in creating custom rings from start to finish. All materials and tools are provided in the workshop with step-by-step expert instruction.
Measure ring size using chart. Choose gold or silver. Cut wire.
File edges of wire flat. Shape wire to line up edges for soldering.
Flux wire. Dip solder in flux, add solder to ring joint with tweezers.
Use torch to solder ring joint. Watch closely for solder to flow.
Ensure solder joint is stable. Add rings to pickle solution.
Form ring into shape using mandrel and mallet.
